What is a CDCS Support Planner?
A Consumer Directed Community Supports Planner or CDCS Support Planner for short is a person who has been certified by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) as understanding the different Community Supports available to a CDCS recipient, person-centered planning, and the process of developing a support plan.
